This year we celebrated the International Day of Peace with the event Wall of Connection, a “Wall of Hope”. We decorated the school wall with a painting that holds three important messages that support the basic principles of primary school: play, learn and grow together.

Peace for People came up with launching "Foundation for Education – Phase 12" with a motive to support the Shree Setidevi Primary School, Kiranchowk, Dhading, and comfort kids of such schools where basic education facilities were not seen.

Soon after the occurrence of the devastating earthquakes in April and May 2015, we felt an urgent need for organizing a Health Camp at Ugrachandi-3, Nala in Kabhre district for serving the earthquake victims.

Peace for People donated 1 sack of lentils and 10 sacks of rice to the Koteshwar Youth Reform Club for launching a Food Relief Support Program, which fed regular meals to around 1,000 people by adopting the necessary safety measures.

On 28th August, 2022, we organized a Promotional Campaign of International Day of Peace 2022 at Patan Durbar Square, Lalitpur. The utmost aim of this event was to spread awareness about Peace to the people who come visit this beautiful Temple Area everyday. 
We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of people to learn about Peace Day and their active participation in Global Heartbeat Movement.

18 French and 18 Nepalese (12 participants and 6 logistics personnel) participated in the first Humanity Walk 2020 that started from Ranibari, Dhading and ended at Simle, Dhading. The walk was held from March 2 to March 11, 2020.

On Peace Day 2015, an Earthquake Storytelling Programme was conducted at Shree Goganpani Secondary School, Dhading. The best 5 Storytellers were awarded with a Scholarship Grant for their education for a year.
